DragonForce have begun a worldwide search for a powerful and melodic singer to help write the next chapter of the band.
Due to the high number of entries, all applicants have to be 18+ and must apply following the instructions below. This is an open audition and not a singing competition.
1. Download the audition backing track:
‘The Last Journey Home‘ from the album ‘Ultra Beatdown’.

2. Record a video of yourself performing the chosen track live in full.
3. Upload your audition to a video hosting website.
See the instructions below for uploading onto YouTube. If you do not have a YouTube account, it is free to create one.
Alternatively, you can also use sites such as Myspace.com, Dailymotion.com, Vimeo.com.
4. Name the ‘Title’ of your video in the following format:
‘DragonForce Singer Audition – Your Name‘
To make your audition video viewable only by us, please set the ‘Broadcasting and Sharing Options’ to be ‘Private’. Select ‘Limited-access URL’ and send us the generated private link. Important: please sign out of your YouTube account and test that your video link is working.
5. Send us your video via e-mail by filling in the form below.
